JUST BETWEEN FRIENDS is pleased to offer you a state of the art bar-coding system for tagging your items.  Best of all is that it is EASY and FREE!  The new online bar-coding system offers ease of use, plus a way for you to track your sales.

Here are instructions for tagging your items:

*print your tags on white cardstock only;

All toys that are electronic or have pieces will need to have your phone number on masking tape and attached to the item. If there are items for sale that are not working or are missing parts, the shopper may call you directly for assistance.

Your tag should look like the example to the right. It's just that easy. Print these tags on white card stock and black ink only, please.

NOTE:  AT DROP-OFF INSPECTION, ANY INCONSISTENCIES WILL HAVE TO BE RE-DONE BY YOU.

Please pay careful attention to your consignor number. Be sure not to transpose your numbers. We will not accept any items that have crossouts or scribbles on the tags. If you need to change something on a tag after you have it on the item, you must make a brand new tag for that item. We have a tagging supply table at drop-off near Inspection Central.

Please follow these instructions EXACTLY. Refer to illustrations on this page. Items must be prepared as indicated by tagging instructions.

If you change any information on your tag it must be done by making a new tag!

Only seasonal children's and maternity clothing will be accepted for this sale. Please inspect your items carefully at home-we will also inspect them at drop off. Clothes that are soiled, stained or with holes, will not be accepted. Just Between Friends reserves the right to deny any unacceptable items. We accept Girls sizes preemie thru size 18, Boys sizes preemie thru size 20 and both boys and girls teen/Junior size clothing. No Adult clothing accepted except maternity.

PRICING you set the price! Price to sell keeping in mind the quality, name brand and condition of your items. JUST BETWEEN FRIENDS suggests starting at 1/4 of the original price. We also suggest that you let your clothing items be included in the half price sales. Mark the starting price up if it is something that you are sentimental about, but of course, it is your decision if it is half price or not. Price your items in $1.00 or .50 cent increments. No .99 cents or other increments, please.

JUST BETWEEN FRIENDS will be conducting strict inspection of your items. Unacceptable items will be returned to you or we can donate it for you.

Use only one inch or larger safety pins to attach tag. No straight pins.
Attach safety pins vertically on the card.
Pin clothing sets securely together with pants hung on the backside of the shirt and pinned at the waist on the hanger. Both pieces can be viewed without unpinning them. Pants hung on a separate hanger tend to come off the hanger and then get separated from the top.

Spending a little extra time getting your items ready will mean more money $$$ for you. Items that are cleaned, ironed, and starched, with all pieces attached, and loose threads clipped, sell much better!!
